Ulmaridae is a family of jellyfish.

Diplulmaris antarctica from offshore of McMurdo Station, Ross Island.

In addition to the genera listed below, the genus Phacellophora has traditionally been included in this family, but it is now placed in a separate family, Phacellophoridae.[1]
