Management Ihor Kolomoyskyi

The Ukrainian Aviation Group is an informal monopoly alliance of three Ukrainian airlines currently all owned by Ihor Kolomoyskyi's Privat Group. The three airlines operating as part of the alliance are Dniproavia, Aerosvit and Donbassaero; these airlines often provide each other with the opportunity to use each other's aircraft, with flights more than often being operated for Aerosvit (the alliance's largest carrier).[1][2]

All three companies, together with sister Windrose Airlines, are experiencing major debt troubles as of January 2013, resulting in flights cancellations and fleet reshuffling.[3]
