Ujazd Górny [ˈujast ˈɡurnɨ] (German: Ober Mois) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Udanin, within Środa Śląska County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Udanin, 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Środa Śląska, and 38 kilometres (24 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 590.
