Tynowo [tɨˈnɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Markusy, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Markusy, 4 km (2 mi) south-west of Elbląg, and 81 km (50 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
