Tvrzice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.16 square kilometres (1.22 sq mi), and has a population of 128 (as at 28 August 2006).
Tvrzice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Prachatice, 40 km (25 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 113 km (70 mi) south of Prague.
