The Tusker Football Club is a football club based in Nairobi, Kenya. It is the third most successful club in Kenya with ten Kenyan league championships and three Kenyan cup wins. In addition, it has won four East African CECAFA Clubs Cup titles. The club is owned by East African Breweries and its name refers to Tusker, a well-known beer brand by the company. The club was known as Kenya Breweries until 1999, when the current name was adopted. Tusker FC has two home stadiums, the Moi International Sports Centre and Ruaraka Sports Ground. Tusker F.C is currently coached by George Maina who took over as caretaker coach on August 15, 2012 following the sacking of Sammy Omollo.
