Tuglie is a town and comune in the Italian province of Lecce in the Apulia region of south-east Italy.

Hometown of the painting artist Giuseppe Miggiano, son of Italian immigrant worker in Belgium, his work can be see in the Charleroi neighborhood in Belgium.
