Tsaghkasar (Armenian: Ծաղկասար, also Romanized as Tsakhkasar; formerly, Verkhniy Pirtikan, Verin Pirtikan, and Pirtikyan) is a town in the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. The town has a shrine dedicated to Tadevos the Apostle and ruins of a cycoplean fort.
