The Tryst logo is modelled on the hyperbolic paraboloid, which is central to innovation and technology at IIT Delhi since it is the basic shape behind the iconic and landmark Dogra Hall roof. The logo can also be thought to mimic a pair of wings, which represents the festival's innate desire to make people think and innovate without any bounds.

Over the years

The theme for Tryst 2013 was the commemoration of the weird, wacky and wild developments in science & technology. It resulted in huge success with over 15000 students and faculty attendance.

Tryst 2012

Tryst 2012 was organized from 2 to 5 March 2012. This was the first time that the technical and entrepreneurial got combined, with the coming together of the Academic Interaction Council (AIC) and the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of IIT Delhi.[1][2] Tryst also moved over to a rolling domain at http://www.tryst-iitd.com
