True (cigarette)

True is a brand of cigarettes manufactured by Lorillard Tobacco Company of Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. It is a premium brand but does not receive marketing support from Lorillard, unlike Newport.

True cigarettes, like Parliament cigarettes, have a recessed filter. However, whereas Parliaments have nothing in the recessed space, Trues have a plastic piece which prevents the top of the cigarette from being broken, torn, or crushed as any other cigarette can.
