Troubky is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 21.12 square kilometres (8.15 sq mi), and has a population of 2,022 (as at 3 July 2006).
Troubky lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Přerov, 20 km (12 mi) south of Olomouc, and 223 km (139 mi) east of Prague. In 1997 the village was severely affected by flood, in which nine people died and 150 houses were destroyed. Thirteen years later, in 2010, was flooded again.
