Trnava is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.33 square kilometres (4.76 sq mi), and has a population of 599 (as at 3 July 2006).
Trnava lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Třebíč, 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 143 km (89 mi) south-east of Prague.
