Trendy Entertainment is an American independent game development studio, founded by Agapitus Lye and Jeremy Stieglitz. It is located in Gainesville, Florida.[1] Trendy Entertainment is a developer of Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Windows, iOS, and Android platform games. The studio released their first title Dungeon Defenders on October 19, 2011.

A game they had worked on previously, Dungeon Defense, is available in open source for the Unreal SDK. It strongly resembles their later title, Dungeon Defenders (The level was included in the game, titled as 'Magus Quarters'), and was released February 4, 2010, 21 Months before their retail game.

The company has come under fire for certain labor practices.[2]
