Travis Demsey
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Travis Demsey was the former drummer for The Living End from May 1996 to February 2002.
He had envisioned being a drummer since his youth; eventually The Living End's big break fulfilled his dream. Being part of the Living End, he was able to visit sick children. One certain child was particularly close to him; after his death, Demsey realised and finally saw the world around him. Subsequently, he gave up his fame and fortune in order to work as a voluntary youth worker. He works around Melbourne as a freelance drum technician and has worked on over 100 albums.
He works for Whitelion as a youth worker working with young people at risk (juvenile justice).
