The Padua Tramway (Italian: Tranvia di Padova) serves Padova, a city in Veneto (Northern Italy). In operation since 2007, it is presently 10.3 km (6.4 mi) long, and comprises one line, linking the north with the south of the city via city centre.
The tramway uses Translohr system.
History
Trams returned to Padua on 24 March 2007. Padua's earlier urban and suburban tramway network had been disposed of more than half a century earlier, following the closure of its last line in 1951.
