Trachy [ˈtraxɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sośnicowice, within Gliwice County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Sośnicowice, 13 km (8 mi) west of Gliwice, and 36 km (22 mi) west of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 791.
