TownMall of Westminster (formerly Cranberry Mall) is a shopping mall located in Westminster, Maryland, United States on Maryland Route 140. Managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, the mall features more than 80 stores, including a food court and Regal Cinemas. Belk, Sears, Boscov's, and Dick's Sporting Goods are the mall's anchor stores.

History

The mall opened in 1987 with Leggett (now Belk), Caldor and Sears, which opened on a site originally planned for Hutzler's before that chain went bankrupt. Montgomery Ward opened as a fourth anchor in 1990.[2] After closing in 2001, Montgomery Ward became Boscov's,[3][4] while Caldor closed in 1999 and later became the first Steve & Barry's store in Maryland.[5] After this store closed, it became Dick's Sporting Goods in 2010.[6] Boscov's store lays claim to the only escalators in Carroll County.
