Totally Adicted is the first "best of" compilation album by The Adicts. It only features songs licensed from Dwed Wecords and Razor Records and thus does not include any songs from their most recent album, Twenty-Seven. This is the first release to feature The Adicts' cover of the Ramones' "I Wanna Be Sedated".
