Toshio Sakai

Toshio Sakai (酒井淑夫, Sakai Toshio, March 31, 1940 – November 21, 1999), a graduate of Meiji University,^{[citation needed]} a photographer for United Press International, won the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography in 1968, for a photograph depicting the Vietnam War.^[1] He was the first person to receive that award.
