Torita Isaac (born 5 July 1995) is an Indigenous Australian athlete. She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics in the 100 metre, 200 metre and 4 x 100m events.[1] She did not medal at the 2012 Games.
Personal
Isaac was born on 5 July 1995.[2] She is from Jimboomba, Queensland.[3][4] She has cerebral palsy.[4] She has fractured her legs eleven times.[5] She has broken both arms falling off a horse.[5]
Athletics
Isaac is an athlete,[2][3][5] specialising in sprints.[6] She has been classified as a T13 before being reclassified to T38.[4][5] She is a member of Jimboomba Athletics Club.[4]
Isaac competed in the 2012 Sydney Track Classic, 2012 Brisbane Track Classic and the 2012 Adelaide Track Classic.[7] She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics[5][8] in the 100 metre, 200 metre and 4 x 100m events.[4][9] She did not medal at the 2012 Games.[citation needed]
