Tope Folarin

Tope Folarin, (Oluwabusayo Temitope Folarin) is a Nigerian writer. He won the 2013 Caine Prize.[1]

Life

He was born Ogden, Utah. He grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas.[2] He graduated from Morehouse College, in 2004, with a B.A., and from University of Oxford, in 2006, with an M.Sc. He was a Rhodes Scholar.[3]

He is on the board of the Hurston/Wright Foundation.[4] He lives in Washington, D.C.[5]
