Tokiko Kato (加藤 登紀子 Katō Tokiko, born December 27, 1943 in Harbin, Manchukuo) is a Japanese singer, composer, lyricist, and actress. She graduated from the University of Tokyo and worked as a visiting professor at Josai International University.[1]
