Tokigawa (ときがわ町 Tokigawa-machi) is a town located in Hiki District, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
On February 1, 2006 Tokigawa absorbed the village of Tamagawa, also from Hiki District, to become the new town of Tokigawa.
As of 2005 data, the town has an estimated population of 13,262 and a density of 238 persons per km². The total area is 55.77 km².
