"Toes" is the second single from Canadian singer-songwriter Lights from her second studio album, Siberia. It was released to radio on August 5, 2011 and premiered on 104.5 CHUM-FM. It was released digitally[1] on August 16, 2011 with the pre-order of Lights' second album in Canada.[2] It peaked at number 62 for one week on the Canadian Hot 100.[3]

Composition

"Toes" is written in the key of F# minor, at 124 BPM.

Music Video

The music video for Toes was released early September 2011. The video features Lights' hometown, Toronto, mostly in Dufferin Station. Lights is shown playing with her band in a brightly lit room. She then gets out of a taxi and goes to a skate park and a subway. Afterwards she goes back to the brightly lit room to play with her band. The video ends with a shot of LIGHTS walking away on a sidewalk.[4]
