Toby Carvery is a British carvery chain brand owned and operated by Mitchells and Butlers. The brand has been in operation for over 30 years. The chain of 150 restaurants serves over 21 Million meals a year.[1]
Sites typically open at 8am, serving breakfast until 10am and then carvery from 12pm (11am Sunday) until 10pm.[2]
The brand has been expanded with the addition of a sandwich chain, under the name, Toby Carvery Sandwich Express.[3]
