TmaxSoft is a South Korea-based multinational corporation specializing in enterprise software. It was founded in 1997 by former KAIST professor Daeyeon Park. Its notable products include the ProFrame application framework and Tmax transaction process monitoring solution.

It started as a middleware solution provider — member of the JCP — and is the largest provider of enterprise software system in South Korea as of 2007.[3]

On July 1, 2010, TmaxSoft announced that the company was proactively and collaboratively meeting with its creditors to work out its debt restructuring to strengthen the company's financial position.[4] TmaxSoft completed the debt restructuring in 2012.[5]
