Tlučná is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.16 square kilometres (2.76 sq mi), and has a population of 2,898 (as at 31 December 2008).
Tlučná lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Plzeň and 95 km (59 mi) south-west of Prague.
