Tindle Radio Group
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Tindle Radio Group is a media company which owns stations in southern England, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. It has its head office in Great Blakenham in Suffolk.
Tindle Radio's most recent station launch was for Ipswich, but sold interests in new licences in Andover and Southend before they began broadcasting.
Sir Ray Tindle acquired Island FM in Guernsey in February 1998, and the station became the first building block in what is now the Tindle Radio Group, which owns and manages a small number of radio stations. Tindle Radio is a separate company to the Tindle Newspaper Group.
