Tiha Bârgăului (Hungarian: Borgótiha) is a commune in Bistriţa-Năsăud County, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Ciosa (Csószahegy), Mureşenii Bârgăului (Marosborgó), Piatra Fântânele (Báránykő), Tiha Bârgăului and Tureac (Turjágó).
