Thumpstar

Thumpstar was a pit bike company and manurfactuer founded in 2003 by Timothy Hunter,[1] the company started very strong, doing 45 million dollars in business in its first 13 months, then due to many replicas and competition from all over the globe, sales dropped off. Now in 2013 Thumpstar has gone through some major changes and now has a whole new line of bikes[citation needed], that are much more affordable but still have the quality Thumpstar is known for[citation needed].

Frame design

Thumpstar was the first pit bike company to manufacture their bikes with an alloy frame, the model Thumpstar Pro Hunge 25 which used the alloy frame was one of Thumpstars most popular models, as it was light weight and performed well, this model can be found in most countries around the world[citation needed].
