Throwing Myself is the first (and only) full-length album by Luti-Kriss. It was released in 2001 on Solid State Records. After the release of this album, the band changed their name to Norma Jean.

The song "A Chase in the Crowd" is listed as track 12, but actually is track 13. Track 12 consists of 6 minutes of silence, and "A Chase in the Crowd" also features about 45 seconds of silence before it begins.
