Thomas Saunders Gholson

Thomas Saunders Gholson (December 9, 1808 – December 12, 1868) was a prominent Confederate politician. He was born in Brunswick County, Virginia and was the brother of James H. Gholson. He served as a state court judge from 1859 to 1863. He represented Virginia in the Second Confederate Congress from 1864 to 1865.
