Thomas Hynes

Thomas Hynes (born 1939) is a former Cook County assessor, president of the Illinois Senate and Democratic Ward committeeman of the 19th ward in Chicago, Illinois. He is also a longtime Democratic power broker and father of former Illinois Comptroller Dan Hynes.^[1]
