Thomas Fuchs

Thomas Fuchs (born October 21, 1978) is the author and maintainer of script.aculo.us, a JavaScript library for web user interface enhancement, as well as several other widely used open source libraries.[1] He maintains a blog at http://mir.aculo.us.
He was a member of the Ruby on Rails core development team and has collaborated on the book Agile Web Development with Rails, which was principally written by Dave Thomas and David Heinemeier Hansson.[2]
He has been doing consulting work on JavaScript and web user interfaces, and now is a partner at Slash7, LLC.
