Thomas Breen (born 24 July 1990) is an Irish hurler who is currently a substitute on the Kilkenny senior team.[1]

Breen joined the team during the 2012 National League, however, he remained as a peripheral figure outside of the starting fifteen. In spite of this he won a National League medal as a non-playing substitute in his debut season.[2] Breen captained Kilkenny to the All-Ireland title in the minor grade in 2008.

At club level Breen plays with St. Martin's.
