Thikri is a town and a tehsil in Barwani District, Madhya Pradesh, India. Known in the area for historical, racial and religious 'Gada Khichai' program on 'Holi', which has been running since 12th century AD.

Thikri is a small town located 15 km south of Maheshwar and around 16 km north-east of Julwania, in Madhya Pradesh. Surrounded by Khargone, Barwani and Mandleshwar, the town is a part of Barwani District.

Nearest airport is at Indore. Khandwa Junction Railway Station serves this town. National Highway 3 passes through Thikri.
