The Thick-billed Ground Pigeon (Trugon terrestris) is a species of bird in the family Columbidae. It is monotypic within the genus Trugon.[2] It is found in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
