Theilman is an unincorporated community in West Albany Township, Wabasha County, Minnesota, United States. The community lies at the intersection of County Road 4 and County Road 86, along the Zumbro River and near the center of Wabasha County. It lies one mile southwest of the Zumbro Bottoms units of Richard J. Dorer Memorial Hardwood State Forest.
