The Restarts are a street punk band from London, England.[1]

They formed in 1995 in London with Darragh on drums, Kieran from Armed and Hammered on bass, and Mik on the guitar. They played many shows in the UK with their three-piece until Mik left, at which point Alan joined the band. With Alan on guitar they recorded their System Error CD, but due to Alan's commitments to the UK Subs he had to leave the band. Then they found Robin from the Short Bus Window Lickers as their new guitarist.[2] They toured extensively in Europe and US, and are planning another US tour due in later 2006. They have played with bands like Born/Dead, Limp Wrist, The Accüsed, Strychnine, Dr. Know and Monster Squad.
