Thanikattu Raja is a Tamil film written and directed by V. C. Guhannathan.[1] it stars Rajnikanth, Sridevi and Sripriya in the lead roles with Jaishankar, Vijayakumar and Y. Gee. Mahendra in supporting roles. this film was a failure at the box office. 'Santhana Kaatrae' song became famous in the 1982. Produced by D. Ramanaidu under the banner Suresh Productions,[2][3] the film had music by Ilayaraja and cinematography handled by P. S. Nivas.
