Thai Ravi Nay, or known as simply Thai VG (born October 10, 1987) is a Vietnamese American rapper currently signed with record label 454 Life Entertainment.[1] On July 1, 2011 he was featured on "The Break" of XXL magazine online.[2]


454 Life Entertainment

In early 2010 Thai signed his first record deal to the independent label 454 Life Entertainment. On August 24, 2010 Thai and his label mates released their first collaboration album As Real As It Gets. On November 24, 2010 Thai released his first mixtape The Statement. In 2011 Thai also starred in Byron Q's award winning Asian gangster film Bang Bang. He played the lead role of Justin, a troubled teen looking for a way out of the gang life. On July 4, 2012 Thai released his first street album From Where I Began. In early 2013, Thai announced that he will change his stage name to "Thai VG" to pay homage to his Vietnamese ethnicity.
