Tesyn

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tesyn is a type of smoked Goat's milk cheese from Cornwall in the United Kingdom. It is made by the firm Cornish Cuisine.

A soft goat's milk cheese, it is smoked over Cornish fruitwoods at the company's smokehouse near the River Fal. In 2002 it won best new cheese at the World Cheese Awards.[1] It also received a gold award at the World Cheese Awards in 2007.[2]

Tesyn means 'cake' in the Cornish language.[3]
