Teodor Laço

Teodor Laço is an Albanian writer and diplomat and is a former Minister of Culture (1994-1997) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Russian Federation.[1][2]

Born in Dardhë in 1934, Laço studied agronomy at the Agricultural University of Tirana.[3] His works include:[3]

  • Një dritare në Kremlin (English: A window on Kremlin)
