Teodor Laço

Teodor Laço is an Albanian writer and diplomat and is a former Minister of Culture (1994-1997) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Russian Federation.^[1]^[2]

Born in Dardhë in 1934, Laço studied agronomy at the Agricultural University of Tirana.^[3] His works include:^[3]
