Team Socceroo Football Club is a Filipino association football club. They are currently playing in the Division 1 of the United Football League, the country's semi-professional football league. The team is managed by Jose Gaudencio Reyes and is headed by coach Nolan Manito.

History

Foundation and early years

It was founded by the Reyes brothers led by Wool Reyes. These brothers formed a team together with their friends and old teammates from PAREF Southridge School to continue playing the beloved game they were deeply passionate about. Since then, the team has been joining football tournaments and festivals.

Wool Reyes (deceased[1] ) played for and helped found the club in 2005 with some friends.

This burning passion coupled with the great desire to contribute to the development of football in the Philippines led TSFC to open its first football camp. In 2010, TSFC Camp was launched at Corinthian’s Village football field in Quezon City. After a successful soccer camp, on the following year, TSFC opened two more football camps in San Lorenzo Village football field in Makati City and Tahanan Village football field in Paranaque. TSFC will be opening more soccer camps around Metro Manila.

Joining UFL

In the third quarter of 2011, TSFC competed in the United Football League (UFL) Cup and finished 12th out of 28 teams. With an impressive performance in the UFL Cup, good team management, and being one of the few football clubs with many supporters, TSFC earned a spot in the 2nd Division of the United Football League, the country's premier football league.

They made their professional debut appearance in the 2011 United Football Cup, which they qualify in the Round of 16, but eventually lost to Kaya.

2013 season

Prior to the start of 2013 UFL season, Team Socceroo FC were associated and merged with General Trias International FC. They bagged the Division 2 crown of the 2013 United Football League and earned a spot in Division 1 next season.[2]
