Tashaun Gipson (born August 7, 1990 in San Bernardino, California) is an American football safety for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He was signed by the Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football for the University of Wyoming.

NFL Career

2012-2013 season

In Week 14 of the 2012-2013 season Gipson recorded his first NFL interception against the Kansas City Chiefs. He finished his rookie season for the Browns with 33 tackles and an interception.

2013-2014 season

Gipson entered the 2013 preason at the starting Free Safety. He also recorded a crucial interception against the Detroit Lions on October 13th 2013. He intercepted Jay Cutler on the starting possesion at the goal line to force a crucial stand.
