"Tal Vez" (English: "Maybe") is the first single from Ricky Martin's album Almas del Silencio. It was released on February 10, 2003 in Latin territories.

Music video

A music video, directed by Kacho López and Carlos Pérez, aired in March 2003.

Chart performance

"Tal Vez" debuted at number one on the US Hot Latin Songs and spent eleven weeks at the top. It also spent thirteen weeks at the top of Latin Pop Songs and peaked at number one on the Tropical Songs for one week. "Tal Vez" reached number seventy-four on the Billboard Hot 100, thanks to its seventy-three peak on the Hot 100 Airplay.

Awards

"Tal Vez" was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award for Song of the Year at the Latin Grammy Awards of 2003. It won Hot Latin Song of the Year and Latin Pop Airplay Track of the Year, Male at the 2004 Latin Billboard Music Awards.
