Takht-e-Sulaiman or Solomon's Throne (Urdu, Pashto: تخت سليمان, from Persian: "Solomon's throne") is a peak located in Balochistan, Pakistan. At 3,487 metres (11,440 ft), it is the highest peak in the Sulaiman Mountains range. The legend of the Sulaiman mountain range is east of Quetta (Pakistan), overlooking the plain of the Indus river. Ibn Battuta named it Koh-i Sulaiman. [1]
