Takeya Nakamura (中村 剛也 Nakamura Takeya) is Japanese baseball player. He is an infielder for the Seibu Lions in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball. Nicknamed "Okawari-kun (おかわり君)" for his large frame, he has developed into one of Japan's premier power hitters. Playing his first full season in 2008, Nakamura belted a league and career-high 46 home runs, although he only batted .244. He raised his average to .285 in the 2009 season, and he also beat his career high with 48 home runs to lead the league for the second straight year.
