Taibao City

Taibao City (Chinese: 太保市; pinyin: Tàibǎo Shì) is the county seat of Chiayi County, Taiwan. It was named after the government position of Wang De-lu (王得錄), whose hometown is Taibao, in the 19th century.

The city is accessible by Chiayi Station of the Taiwan High Speed Rail.
