Třemešné is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 51.12 square kilometres (19.74 sq mi), and has a population of 397 (as at 28 August 2006).
Třemešné lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south of Tachov, 51 km (32 mi) west of Plzeň, and 134 km (83 mi) south-west of Prague.
